Katherine Scheele / 2014 Portrait Session Fee Pricing

RATES:

We are a full service studio and offer a wide range of custom products, including gallery-wrapped canvas, storyboards, greeting cards, framing, image albums and gift certificates.

We proudly bring only the finest archival materials, state of the art equipment + impeccable customer service to each piece we produce.

In order to secure your appointment all sessions must be paid at time of booking; all major credit cards are accepted.

General Session Fee:
The portrait session fee is $200. This includes our time, 1-2 hours, and talent at a reasonable location of your choice (we can suggest a few of our favorites), all of the post production and retouching work and an online finished proofing gallery which will be available approximately two weeks after your session. Orders received within three days of being online will receive (1) 8x10 (1) 5x7 and (1) set of wallets.

The fee covers up to 3 children and 2 adults.  Each additional subject is $25.

Newborn Session Fee:
The newborn portrait session fee is $300. This includes our time and talent in our studio (where we have access to all of our props, accessories, blankets and lighting), all of the post processing and retouching work and an online finished proofing gallery which will be available approximately two weeks after your session. Included in your newborn session fee is one digital file of your choice for birth announcements.

Newborns should be 2-14 days old at time of session for those "squishy, womb-like images."

Quick Take Session Fee:
The Quick Take Session is $250.What is a QUICK TAKE? A Quick Take is a mini session, approximately 30 minutes at one location of your choice (I can recommend a few of my favorites) for a reduced fee which will include a CD of 5 high resolution j-pegs and an online image proofing gallery. If you opt to have your images printed through KSP regular print pricing will apply.

**Quick Take Session's include 10-15 finished images in a secure online gallery of which you may choose your favorite FIVE to be digitally burned to CD.**

TERMS + CONDITIONS:

All images are copyright Katherine Scheele Photography and it is illegal to copy, scan and/or print any images without express written consent. All images from your session remain the property of Katherine Scheele Photography and can be used by her or her representatives for display, in promotional materials, photo contests, art shows, etc.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Current pricing will be honored at time of booking and will be valid for 30 days after presentation of your proofs in online gallery. Session fee is non-refundable. After expiration of Proofing Gallery there will be a $25 fee for extension/repost requests. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Images will be kept on file for one year. A $25 minimum print order applies to all additional orders placed during the year following the session and original print order. Cash and checks are accepted. Katherine Scheele reserves the right to refuse service to individuals at her sole discretion.

There is a $20 fee for any bounced checks.
