Katherine Scheele Photography | Westfield Professional Photographers

I am looking forward to a new + exciting start this 2014! I will be spending much of my time these next two months working on a small "side" project (more on that later) and I will also be launching a new website!! <-----LONG.OVER.DUE : )

In the very near future KSP families will experience a more convenient way to review, share + order their memories. I am excited to move in this direction but for now I want to post a quick sneek-peek of a recent family session.

To start off my January I enjoyed spending an afternoon with this oh-so-stylish family. After 11 years of marriage I was struck by how much LOVE this duo exudes-you can't fake this stuff. He looks at her with pure happiness, content and care and she would sink into his embrace with such ease. I am laughing now, because that kinda sounded like I was writing a "smexy" romance novel. I'll finish here and just post some candid imagery. :)

It is a pleasure to work with this family; I always leave their presence with a smile on my heart. ENJOY!!

Let it SNOW, Let it SNOW, Let it SNOW | Noblesville Highschool Seniors

I am finally all caught up on shooting and editing & am now scheduling S N O W sessions!!!

Are you interested in having your 2014 portraits with shimmering white flakes of ice!!!? Heck yes, you say!?

PERFECT!! So how does it work, as obviously this type of session is hard to predict? GREAT QUESTION!! I currently have a list of families who would love a snowy session!! (If I can add you to my list, please just send me a note)

Three to four days ahead of our first 2014 heavy snow fall (3-4 inches would be ideal) I will shoot out an email to everyone on my list (first come first serve) & get as many families scheduled as possible for that snowfall. Times will vary, hopefully over a two-day period, and I will try to be as accommodating as possible to ensure we seize the opportunity as Indiana weather can be really screwy, errr-uh, I mean unpredictable.

 Now on to some blogging of pictures! I am going to work backwards + post as many 2103 sessions as I can because my blog is so desperately behind. Grrr, it's never easy to "find" more hours in a day!!

This first session is a 2014 Noblesville senior, Troy. Oh, his black rimmed glasses were waaay fun + added alot to these pictures!!! SQUEAL!!!

He was up for anything, well...except that cheesy "sun-in-the-eyes" pose that all photogs have used at some point in time.....(picture #7 below). TJ was an awesome sport + I think we have some keepers for Mom's wall!!

 ::ENJOY::

if the crown fits, wear it | Fishers Portrait Photographers

Trying really hard to stay caught up with blogging all of the fall portrait sessions here recently + I also wanted to keep my facebook page updated too! I am struggling to keep all of these social media outlets current and with my addition of Instagram it it going to be an uphill battle.

If you would like to follow me on Facebook just like my page and if you would like to follow me on Instagram, send me a request!! Though, I can't promise great + exciting things on either. lol!!!

I am really enjoying instagram though!!! I did not think I was going to like it as much as Facebook, but I have found I am sharing more of our personal happenings on Instagram. It is nice you can keep things private and i think it is easier to quickly post pictures and video!! I am loving tooling around and being more candid on Instagram. The kiddos love teaching me all there is to know and I laugh feeling like that "old Mom" I didn't want to turn into.

Speaking of Moms, have a quick look at this gorgeous Mama and her beautiful family. Can you tell we had a ton of fun!? Thank you Jenny + JJ for sharing your afternoon with me!! ;-)
